We offer a range of thickness of the surface finishing from 10 microns to 25 microns, backed by strict quality control processes, which assures a consistent tested surface finish for client’s every need.
SANDBLASTING
PEPL has the latest machines for Aluminium Profile Sand Blasting. Sandblasting is a dry mechanical process for surface finishing and provides uniform surface on aluminium profile by removing all mold stripes defects and other defects. As it is a dry mechanical process it does not pollute the environment and helps companies to be socially responsible.
The sandblasting of aluminium profile machine uses multiple blasting wheel positioned at calculated angles to get the best results. Our experience in this field helps get our clients get the best possible finishing at low pricing enabling them to reduce their costs.
